b345 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and b345 ("b345", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and cricket betting platform accessible at https://b345.io (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to identity verification.

b345's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your b345 account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b345 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance, server issues, or third-party network failures may affect Platform availability. b345 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will notify players of planned maintenance where practicable. b345 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

b345 may be required by law, regulation, or court order to disclose your personal data to relevant authorities in Bangladesh or in other jurisdictions. b345 will comply with any such lawful disclosure requirement and will notify you of such disclosure where permitted by law to do so.

b345 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. In the event of a dispute between you and b345 that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described in Section 14, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and b345 with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
